For this programme you will need a Chemical Engineering or Chemistry degree. You must have the willingness to rotate around different assigned job functions and possess the following attributes:

We have a two stage application process which usually involves an on-campus interview, and then if you are successful after this you will be invited to our one day assessment centre. You will hear from us within two to three weeks of the event and whether you are successful or not we will be happy to provide you with detailed feedback.

Our European Programme officially starts in September, although you may have the opportunity to settle into your first placement during the summer months.
To qualify for our application process you should have a predicted minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering fields.

Starting salary of the equivalent to £24,840.00 for the Graduate and Technical Development Programmes and £28,560.00 for the Engineering Development Programme.

Our Latin America Programme officially starts in July.
To qualify for our application process you should have degree equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering graduated in the past two years, be a fluent speaker of Portuguese or Spanish, and have an advanced level of English.
You must have a willingness to rotate around Latin American countries: Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico and if necessary learn another language.

You will hear from us within two weeks of the event and, whether you are successful or not, we will be happy to provide you with detailed feedback.
